We are also running Splat Paint House Singapore and Wild Paint House Dubai.
We are on the lookout for an upbeat, responsible individual to manage operations and be the face of our brand.
The duties will include:
- Daily operations: inventory management, studio upkeep, setting up for art jamming sessions, handling deliveries
- Customer service: be the face of our brand - host customers and show them the best time!
- Take charge of online marketing activities on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Come up with creative ways to improve and grow the business
- Answering calls and provide guidance to customers
- Answering emails and Whatsapp requests
- Dealing with birthday parties & team bondings requests & bookings
We are looking for someone:
- People-person: able to communicate well. This will be a customer facing job! You need to LOVE interacting with people!
- Independent, disciplined, hard-working
- Good organization skills
- Interested in learning and doing what it takes for a small business to succeed
- Willing to work weekends (all Sat and all Sun) and some public holidays. Workweek is Wed to Sun.
Good to have one of the following:
- Experience in service jobs
- Photography and editing skills with understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Currently or previously enrolled in art-related schools or courses
Working Schedule: 5 days work week (Wed to Sun), including public holidays. Do check the opening hours on our website before applying. You will cover the full shifts.
