Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join as F&B Executive Crew. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience as well well trained in Supervisory duties. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, customer service, cash handling, and maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met and exceeded
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the food preparation and dining areas
- Follow proper food safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure food quality
- Take orders from customers and ensure accuracy in order taking
- Assist with food inventory management and restocking supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer demands and maintain operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum of primary education
- Previous experience in a similar role is not required but preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
